Care-Fitter
Become a Supporter of a Meaningful Life
The Care-fitter is not a certification for Home-helpers who help elderly people and people with disabilities conduct daily activities such as bathing, using the toilet, and eating. It is a certification to acquire care giving skills and a sense of hospitality to assist elderly people and people with disabilities. It is certified and implemented by Nippon Care-Fit Service Association. In preparation for the super aging society, this certification is being adopted more and more by top corporations as well as at schools and public institutions. This program places emphasis on steering people's awareness towards a barrier free mind and on the acquisition of care giving skills needed to assist elderly people and people with disabilities properly.

The Road to the Care-Fitters
From operation and management of activities such as the approved certification classes, examination for the certification, and training sessions of caring and helping technique to build networks
"Care-Fitter Level 2" is the certification that Nippon Care-Fit Service Association (NCSA), NPO, organizes and certifies.

Our association has the responsibility of guiding the future Care-Fitters to get the certifications and build networks among the Care-Fitters. We also establish the 30-hour-curriculum for universities and technical colleges, in order for students to get the certifications of Care-Fitter Level 2. A lot of technical colleges have already introduced this curriculum as a part of their classes. Moreover, we run a workshop at places such as companies, volunteer groups, elementary schools, and junior high schools, to familiarize the "Care-Fitting technique" as well as examination for the certification.
